Ming's Kitchen is a chinese restaurant in Paterson, New Jersey. It is listed at 500 Broadway, Paterson, NJ 07514, which places it among the local businesses of Paterson that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as delivery restaurant, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Paterson; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in New Jersey are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.

Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 11:30 am–10:30 pm. It is closed on Tuesday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (973) 742-5722. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, mingskitchennj.com.

Its Google rating is 3.7 out of 5 from 146 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.
